How to Return or Exchange 

Returns and exchanges must be prepaid. ELARI will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we advise you return all items via a traceable carrier
such as Canada Post, Purolator, USPS, UPS, or FedEx. ELARI will not be responsible for undelivered packages if a tracking number is not provided. 

ELARI will accept all unused items, with tags still attached, for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Send an email to returns [at] elari.ca explaining the issue and that a return or exchange is on its way. A return or exchange will only be accepted if the customer has contacted ELARI prior to sending the item(s) back. A refund or exchange will be issued once we receive and check your order.

ELARI will only exchange or refund items purchased from ELARI.ca. If you’ve purchased ELARI products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy.

Late Returns
Your Wallet should be sent back to us within 30 days. If a return is past this timeframe, it will only be refunded as a store credit.

Important Note About Warranty Returns
If you are returning an item due to defect, it is important to note that our warranty covers only manufacturers defects in workmanship. Please review our Warranty page for more information.

Receiving Your Refund 
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card for the amount paid  or your ELARI account as a store credit (excluding any shipping costs). All sales tax will be refunded if your order was placed from within Canada. If the order came from outside of Canada, customs duties and sales taxes
are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note card refunds may take up to 
10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
